Open Financial Statement (OFS)

Records financial information shared during mediation, including assets, income, pensions, and liabilities. An open document that can be shared with solicitors or court.

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

Sets out proposals reached during mediation, summarising agreed arrangements clearly in writing and suitable for formalising through solicitors if required.
